     To tell how well Robert Chestnut worked for us you have to
understand how desperate we were. We signed an agreement to build our new home
before the housing market slow down. Our new home was built, our home we
needed to sell, well that didn’t move at all.  With two mortgage payments,
financial ruin was looming. Our first real estate agent didn’t seem to work
out, when their contract expired a  friend at work suggested Mr. Robert Chestnut
and Keller Williams, he said “Rob will go the extra mile” at the time I
thought ya great , extra mile! …I’ve got 100 yards to bankruptcy.
    Rob showed our house more times in a week then the other realtor
showed it in 6 months! As far as the extra mile…the best example is when I
forgot take out the trash right before a showing, now living in New Hampshire 
getting back down in time was a problem, Rob took out an enormous
amount of trash out. We are not saying Rob will come to your house every Thursday to
take out your trash but he is willing to go the “extra mile” This is just one of
many “extra mile” things that Rob did for us. But I have to say the
thing we liked the most about Mr. Chestnut was his honesty, he told us the price
the house would sell at, it did, when he said he would call he did, when
you needed to talk to him he was there, or returned your call ASAP.
    With out Rob and his expertise in the current real estate market
our financial life would be pretty grim at this time.
